Unless otherwise indicated or requested, quotes are typically just for excellent driving services right from your location in and around Oaxaca to your excursion. Tickets, food, and guided tours within sights are not included unless you ask for those. (Some locations require guides to protect ruins, fauna, etc.)
Jose' can include "safe" local restaurant stops, or upscale eateries, additional guides, etc based on your own budget. Feel free to ask. A typical excursion can be between 6 to 8 hours, though some may be longer. Consider rising early to beat the crowds, or just "go with the flow."
